Your niche is the transformation you create for your clients.

Example: I help you figure out their job description outside of a job description.

Another Example: I help you describe your unique value so clearly that you become irresistable as a candidate.

How to find your niche

  1. Coach lots of people without worrying about niche.
  2. Pay attention to the characteristics of your favorite clients.
  3. Notice what changed about the client as a result of your coaching. This is the transformation you provide.
  4. Use this transformation to construct your mission statement and embed it in everything you do.

"Everything you do"

  • Any type of media you create on social networks
  • When you have 30 seconds with someone at a party or an elevator
  • Your email signature
  • Your website content
  • etc etc etc

Some pricing tips 💰

Packages are better than Sessions are better than Hourly Rates

Why?

Because you get better results when a client is committed for multiple sessions.

But if you have no idea where to start, go with $100/session.

BUT REMEMBER TO CONNECT IT TO THE TRANSFORMATION
